One of the most appreciated qualities that Addy posses is his ability to listen. He is very patient and he listened for hours about what we were looking for, rather than trying to tell us or steer us in a direction that may benefit him in one way or another.

Addy is very detailed and patient with explanation of procedures and forms. We sat for hours going over numerous pages of legal documents and Addy went over every little paragraph making sure we feel comfortable signing all those papers.

Also something that I admire and respect most is his sincerity and generosity. That created a trust factor critical to the process. We felt secure and assured every step of the way that our best interests were fully protected during both sale and purchase of our homes.

If we were to recommend a real-estate agent to our best friend wanting it to be a pleasant, honest and fair experience, we would recommend Addy without any hesitation.
