Since 2013, HeyAddy Investments has been involved in a wide range of experience from acquisitions, rehab, renovations, management and disposition with the Addy Saeed’s 15+ year career so far.
Past notable assignments include being Acquisition Consultant for Forum Equity Partners where his responsibilities included sourcing, evaluating and completing initial due diligence of Multi-Residential, Student and Co-living assets across Canada. Furthermore, he was also Vice President of Acquisitions for Equiton which is a private equity firm located in Burlington, Ontario.
He has been involved in organized real estate since 2005 and currently holds a Real Estate Broker license with Re/max Gold Realty Inc and is registered with Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and Mississauga Real Estate Board along with active memberships in CCIM, Ontario Real Estate Association and Canadian Real Estate Association.
Serving as the CEO of HeyAddy Investments, Addy and his team concentrate on finding, acquiring, funding and offering disposition services to clients across Ontario and Canada and taking on special assignments.
